This is a great service to work with rather than deal with paperwork issues at the Post Office. I dealt with Nubia and she was professional and clearly knowledgeable on what was required. Quick, easy and well worth the fees. I highly recommend them. |

So lucky I found them! I had to get a replacement passport for my damaged one ( who said you can't wash them) and the US passport agency was giving me a hard time. With only a few days to spare, I found Ken and AllStar Passports. They helped de-stress me and take care of business! I even got the replacement passport a few days earlier than promised! I highly recommend! |

I came here because of all the positive reviews on yelp. And I was very pleased because I had no idea on how to renew my passport because I'd never done it on my own before. The staff are so friendly and informative, I was embarrassed because I was so clueless but they take care of you and walk you through everything. Also, They are very fast in getting you an appointment with the post office and getting things done ASAP. You are not treated like just another client, they take the time to really do what you ask for. I absolutely reccomend. |
